We’re hiring for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute Healthie’s top of funnel growth machine.

Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:

Own and execute Healthie’s top of funnel growth machine for SMBs (from top of funnel through paid conversions), which includes:

  • Paid Media and Organic SEO: Execute omnichannel and retargeted paid media campaigns, SEO for our owned website & social media and project manage execution alongside our content writer, and top of funnel site visit growth. 
  • Customer Journey: Optimize website visit to trial, then trial to paid customer conversions, using in-app messaging and other channels, customized at the individual customer type.
  • Content Marketing: Design, write, and implement email campaigns, newsletters, and webinars to drive growth.
  • ROI on CAC and LTV: Measure performance of budget and activities against LTV and CAC parameters.

Qualifications: What we expect from you:

  • A track record of success: You have 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, and have demonstrated growing revenue with a positive ROI for a PLG product.
  • Data-driven: You understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage and improve the primary drivers of ROI.

Logistics

Location: Remote, United States- NYC preferred

This is a full-time position and reports to our Director of Marketing. 

U.S. work authorization is required, Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

The base salary for this role is $115,000.- $145,000. per year + annual company bonus and benefits

The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Resume Review

Round 1: Preliminary Interview- 15 minutes (Director of Talent)

Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview- 30 minutes (Director of Marketing)

Round 3: Portfolio Presentation- 45 minutes (Directors of Marketing, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, COO)

Round 4: Executive Interview- 30 minutes (COO and CEO joint)
