About Secfix

Secfix automates security compliance for SMBs in Europe. We help companies get and stay compliant with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 in weeks rather than months.

Our platform integrates with a company’s tech stack (such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Google Workspaces, Jira, Gitlab, etc.), automatically extract the data needed for compliance, and creates a checklist to become and remain certified. Our fastest customer finished their certification in 4 weeks instead of 12+ months, typically seen from older institutions.

We raised pre-seed funding from top German angel investors and recently closed our seed round from leading UK and German VCs after impressive growth. Now, the goal (with your help) is to become the market leader.

About the role:

In the first year, our main focus has been on understanding our customers’ need and building the product according to their feedback. As we embark on our second year, we're seeking a talented and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to take our marketing channels to the next level.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to set the tone for our marketing efforts, elevating our baseline and automating our channels for maximum impact. This is a rare chance for an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins of a company that has achieved impressive growth in its first year. With Seed funding secured, we're eager to invest in sustainable marketing strategies that will carry us to Series A.

Preferred experience & culture:

  • You excel at data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to inform your marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • You possess strong automation skills, enabling you to streamline processes and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
  • Your excellent communication skills foster collaboration and effective teamwork across departments, and you're not afraid to engage directly with customers when needed.
  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success across various channels, including SEO, paid ads, partnerships, referrals, and events.
  • Your leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally ensure that you can effectively manage and support your team while aligning marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • As a fast learner, you're able to quickly adapt to new technologies, platforms, and marketing strategies, and you're always looking for opportunities to grow and improve.
  • Your expertise in lead generation and nurturing allows you to effectively drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • You are a creative thinker, constantly seeking innovative solutions to challenges and fresh approaches to engage your target audience.
  • You have experience in working and improving a remote team culture.
  • You possess native or professional-level proficiency in English and preferably German.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll lay the groundwork for marketing automation and scalable processes that support our growth from seed to Series A funding
  • You’ll assess and refine our current lead generation strategies to identify and prioritize the most effective approaches for driving growth
  • You’ll build a marketing plan to target a specific demographic of CISOs, CTOs and C-Level Managers in the DACH Region
  • You’ll own the end-to-end paid search and paid media program strategy and execution like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • You’ll explore, test, and monitor various channels for new user acquisition opportunities, and optimise our strategies based on data-driven insights
  • You’ll create and optimise landing page templates for marketing campaigns, while ensuring strong SEO performance to drive organic traffic
  • You’ll facilitate seamless collaboration between product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
