Role Description: Growth Marketing Manager - EMEA 

Role Purpose:

The Wasabi marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a global brand that customers love. We focus not only on acquiring users, but creating content and campaigns that nurture our website visitors from unknown prospects to loyal brand advocates. Our team is growing rapidly, and includes team members focused on product marketing, content creation, media partnerships, advertising, and inbound marketing. 

We’re looking for an experienced and analytical Growth Marketing Managerwho can leverage their advertising and EMEA market expertise to grow user acquisition in the region and specific markets like the UK, France, Germany, and Benelux. You will join a growing growth marketing teamand play a crucial role in defining, executing, and measuring Wasabi’s user acquisition program across the EMEA market.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand overarching global trends in the cloud storage segment to help define global campaign and content strategy.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Boston HQ) and serve as the main cross-functional stakeholder to manage demand generation and conversion activities across key audiences to support growth for Wasabi’s cloud storage platform in the EMEA market.
  • Manage acquisition and retention marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a strong focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, SEM, display, and ABM.
  • Execute on global content campaigns aligned to the customer journey to educate our EMEA audience on hot cloud storage and drive engagement to further nurture them to conversion.
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, including implementation, optimization, nurture, reporting, and analysis.
  • Integrally contribute to the planning and strategy of Wasabi’s growth marketing strategy, building tactics and playbooks to efficiently scale multiple channels in EMEA with a focus on UK, France, Germany, and Benelux.
  • Monitor KPIs and reporting to effectively communicate performance and analyses to the broader team and leadership, optimizing performance constantly.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging platforms and channels to lead growth initiatives.
  • Seek out and manage media/creative agencies in regions that make sense.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of related digital marketing experience.
  • Experience driving campaigns and optimizations across campaign structures, channels, and content types in EMEA.
  • Hubspot experience a must, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to speak German and/or French a plus.
  • Direct experience with the digital and traditional media markets in UK, France, Germany, and Benelux with proven success implementing end to end campaigns.
  • Demonstrated passion for solving consumer problems.
  • An ability to think outside of well-trodden pathways and adapt quickly.
  • Independent problem solver that actively identifies areas of opportunity.
