Sustain.Life is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative and analytical with experience expanding and optimizing existing digital marketing efforts, focusing primarily on: 

  • Digital marketing – SEO, PPC, paid social, etc. in service of improving the customer journey to acquisition and retention 
  • Working with our content and marketing teams to review and leverage content for our campaigns, website, newsletters, videos, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials to support pipeline growth. 

You’ll play a critical role in supporting the marketing strategy, managing PPC budgets and reporting on progress. Ideally, you’ll have a background in B2B SaaS marketing and already know your way around Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels. Energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to learn are as important as experience. As much as we want someone to execute, we also want them to bring their own ideas and strategies to the table and be willing to experiment.  

In this role, your core responsibilities will include:  

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns, this includes ad planning, creation, and implementation on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other potential paid media channels
  • Manage the day-to-day health of all campaigns, with continual performance optimization to ensure KPIs are met
  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and identify new opportunities
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, including tracking KPIs such as conversions and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to develop effective ads and landing pages
  • Manage review generation and directory listings
  • Capitalize on growth opportunities in areas like video editing, podcast distribution, website SEO, website maintenance, etc
  • Stay up to date with sustainability and marketing industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are cutting edge and effective

Who you are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with PPC channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is required
  • Strong budget management skills and experience creating and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Strong communication and writing skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in HubSpot (Marketing Hub Enterprise) and related tools

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000  

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual experience within the salary band and business objectives. Our base salary is just one component of Sustain.Life's competitive total compensation package that also includes quarterly variable compensation based on performance against quarterly OKRs; an Employee Stock Purchase Plan; as well as other region-specific health and retirement benefits.
