The Growth Performance Manager at Privia works on the Growth Performance Management Team. Growth Performance Management prescribes learning activities and executes on several aspects of maximizing the performance of the field sales team. Growth Performance Management also assists with general knowledge attainment of new Growth Team employees. The Manager’s primary role is to work with department leadership to provide onboarding support for new employees, while also contributing to existing employee coaching. At times, the manager may also be asked to educate sales team members on the Privia sales process and mechanics. The manager will also take a prominent role in planning and execution of monthly on-site or virtual Director Meetings, as well as Growth Retreat meetings. This role supports a wide variety of business needs, and will coordinate with many different functional departments across Privia Health.
Primary Job Duties:
- Weekly training schedule maintenance and planning
- Attend weekly market sales funnel and prospecting calls
- Collaborate closely with all sales team personnel
- Collaborate closely with other functional departments
- Develop strategies for extending new beneficial training to the Growth team
- Work with department leadership to assist in onboarding new sales personnel
- Present select onboarding materials to new sales team members
- Attend meetings with sales team, and assess their execution of sales techniques
- Assist in planning for Sales team annual Individual Development Plans
- Work independently in an organized and self-accountable manner
- Contribute new ideas and share best practices within a rapidly scaling Growth Performance department
- Opportunity to learn outside sales techniques, in preparation for a dedicated outside sales role or as an outside sales support team member
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- 2+ years of experience selling products or services in a professional setting
- 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office & GSuite software skills
- Experience using Monday.com software is preferred
- Understanding of a multi-step partnership sales process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must provide reliable transportation
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $50,000.00-$65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
