Role Overview:

We’re searching for a creative, data-driven Growth Product Manager to lead our product-led growth strategies. Your objective? Build seamless customer journeys, increase adoption, and make a real impact on patients’ lives. You’ll be our first product manager, working closely with our co-founder and COO as well as our design, engineering and social marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and optimize customer journeys to drive trial, onboarding, retention, and advocacy across web, email, and SMS from both organic and paid traffic sources.
  • Use customer insights, rapid experimentation and data analysis to enhance the user experience, boost adoption, and reduce drop-offs.
  • Set up the right tools and automation for design, growth and experimentation.
  • Define strategies to activate new partners, capture patient stories, and support our expansion into new specialties.
  • Leverage AI to scale personalized experiences, building on our strong platform foundation.
  • Partner with COO/CPO, design and engineering to prioritize backlog to meet user needs and growth objectives, focusing teams on what matters most.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to align product and growth strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management.
  • Experience in DTC or B2B2C, with a focus on driving conversions across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and HIPAA-compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and a passion for helping patients.
  • Proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to deliver results.
  • Strong understanding of product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
