Growth Product Manager

The Growth Product Manager we are seeking will have an interest in improving and innovating our buyflow and driving conversion rate in our buyflow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Growth PM, you will be excited about developing and testing hypotheses to grow our user base. You’ll have access to multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximize conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on the business and the lives of the people we serve. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate. The Growth team moves very quickly, and you’ll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 4 years of product management experience in a consumer tech company
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization on landing pages and buyflows
- Strong customer empathy, well-versed in user psychology
- Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
- Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical
- A strong collaborator with designers and engineers
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
- Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
- Editing and copywriting skills
- Basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge to build and launch simple web experiments

Base Salary:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $206,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
