Growth Product Manager

Tempo Software is looking for a Growth Product Manager to help us improve ROI by monitoring specific product metrics and looking for innovative ways to attract new users, retain existing ones, and increase the company’s customer lifetime value. 

Your primary responsibility will be to stimulate growth at every stage of the user journey through various activities, such as improving activation, streamlining onboarding experiences, facilitating new feature adoption, and upselling existing customers. 

You’ll work closely with various departments (engineers, developers, analysts, marketers) to improve user experience, optimize the customer’s journey through our funnel, identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention, and formulate a rock-solid product growth model. 

Responsibilities:

1- Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics and goals related to activation, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy and roadmap to achieve business objectives.

2- Experimentation and Optimization:

  • Design and execute short-term experiments to incrementally improve key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance user experience and drive growth.
  • Continuously monitor and measure the impact of experiments, iterating based on results.

3- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with a dedicated cross-functional team, including engineers, analysts, and designers, to execute growth initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with core product managers to align growth efforts with overall product strategy.
  • Engage with other teams impacted by growth initiatives to gain support and resources.

4- Communication and Reporting:

  • Clearly communicate growth strategies, experiment plans, and results to stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of growth initiatives and their impact on business metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

1- Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in growth-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth and optimizing key business metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.

2- Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau) to inform decision-making.

3- Experimentation Mindset:

  • Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and use data to measure and iterate on results.
  • Comfortable working with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and designers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and align stakeholders.

4- Results-Oriented:

  • Strong focus on achieving measurable results and driving business impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

5- Knowledge of Growth Tools:

  • Familiarity with growth tools and technologies, such as optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Clubhouse).

6- Bachelor's Degree:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred.
