Growth Retention Marketer - Remote job

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and dynamic Growth Retention Marketer to reduce churn and improve the conversion rate of our subscribers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers remain engaged and satisfied with our products and services, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.

Role Challenges

  1. Customer Retention Strategy:
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy specifically aimed at reducing churn for subscription products or services.
  3. Analyze customer data to identify reasons for churn and create targeted solutions to address these issues.
  4. Subscriber Engagement:
  5. Create and implement engagement campaigns, including personalized email marketing, in-app notifications, and other communication channels to keep subscribers engaged and informed.
  6. Monitor and optimize subscriber touchpoints to enhance their overall experience with the brand.
  7. Subscription Product Optimization:
  8. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance subscription offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and preferences.
  9. Conduct A/B testing and gather customer feedback to continually refine and improve subscription products.
  10. Lead Generation and Conversion:
  11. Develop and execute strategies to increase the conversion rate for leads, including website optimization, landing page creation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  12. Implement lead scoring and segmentation to prioritize high-potential leads.
  13. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  14. Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to track and report on key performance metrics, such as churn rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  15. Make data-backed recommendations to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  16. Content Creation and Marketing:
  17. Develop compelling and relevant content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns, to attract and engage potential customers.
  18. Implement content marketing strategies to drive traffic and leads.
  19. Customer Feedback and Surveys:
  20. Gather customer feedback through surveys and other feedback mechanisms to understand customer satisfaction and pain points.
  21. Use customer insights to make improvements to products and marketing strategies.
  22. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  23. Identify potential partnerships or collaborations that can help expand the brand's reach and attract new subscribers and leads.
  24. Budget Management:
  25. Manage the budget allocated for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
  26. Competitor Analysis:
  27. Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape within the beauty and subscription space to identify opportunities and threats.
  28. Customer Support Collaboration:
  29. Work closely with customer support teams to address subscriber issues promptly and efficiently, providing a seamless customer experience.
  30. Testing and Experimentation:
  31. Continually test and experiment with different marketing channels, strategies, and tactics to discover what works best for reducing churn and increasing conversions.
  32. Compliance and Ethics:
  33. Ensure that all marketing practices comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  34. Team Collaboration:
  35. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Retention departments. knowledge of customer segments and direct marketing channels
  • Bachelor in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Analytics or related fields.
  • Experience being squad or multidisciplinary teams leader.
  • Effective english oral and written communication skills.
  • Be an open-minded and empathetic person, who is passionate and committed to people’s development. Being an active listener is a must.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Have availability and flexibility to work with excellent time management skills.
  • Effective organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and a proactive approach.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, interact well with others, and effectively communicate to others when conflicts occur.
  • Knowledge in data science and SQL is a plus.
