In this role you will work alongside agile product teams and partner with stakeholders to drive towards common goals aligned to our employees and customers. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a product area, through a team of product managers and business analysts, in driving customer success and delivery to our clients
- Engaging with stakeholders to define a user experience, product vision and strategy in line with the customers' long-term business goals
- Formalizing the product visioning through North Star and QKRs constructs, narrative papers backed by key metrics
- Prioritize product delivery with stakeholders through initiatives, epics and stories that are well defined and sized
- Partner with Engineering leads in understanding the architectural and technical design considerations of the products
- Help your product teams identify and work through solving impediments impacting our delivery and clients success
- Define and manage product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability
- Oversee and drive the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
- Leading engagements with our clients, senior stakeholder community and customer advisory boards
- Building and driving external relationships with vendors and partners to add value to our delivery cycles, manage risk, drive customer features and adopt new market innovations
- Partner with our risk and controls partners to assess the risk and manage the risks of operating our products
- Partner with our finance team to operate the P&L of the product and define recovery models
- Build and lead teams that operate within a product construct and coach them in developing new skills and advance in their careers

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading Product Management, Customer Success or related roles
- Experience transforming and organizing delivery teams through agile methodologies
- Experience in building and communicating product strategies in collaboration with Customers
- Experience in building customer success strategies into the fabric of way the product is built and managed
- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate priorities with customers, UX teams, engineering and dependent teams
- Track record of building and managing vendor relationship to drive delivery and new product development
- Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technology
