Who you are: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented GTM Finance Sr. Analyst to join our Sales Finance Operations.   

This role reports to the US-based Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales function by analyzing revenue data, providing insights, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales finance operations.   

What will be your responsibilities?

Revenue and Pipeline Analysis:   

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze sales-related financial data, identify revenue trends and ensure a high level of accuracy in weekly pipeline forecasting.
  • Conduct weekly revenue forecasting variance analysis to ensure accurate financial projections.

Financial Reporting for Sales:   

  • Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales incentive programs by providing financial insights.

Sales Operations Support:   

  • Manage improvements in Salesforce and Tableau dashboards to improve revenue opportunities, present insights and tie into weekly forecasting.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration between sales processes and financial systems.
  • Track pipeline development and revenue recognition and movements in Top Customer Accounts on a weekly basis in communication with Sales and Delivery.

Forecasting and Budgeting for Sales:   

  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What does it take to do this job   

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 
  • Experience (4-8 years) in sales finance operations, revenue analysis, and financial reporting
  • Partner effectively with Sales teams with familiarity with sales processes and metrics and ability to translate sales data into financial insights. 
  • Expert experience with Excel and Salesforce and Tableau 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge/experience with technology marketing 
  • Familiarity/acumen with business software (i.e. Salesforce, SAP, MSFT)
