Your tasks:

  • You will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and contract administration.
  • You will implement and control financial policies, procedures, and control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • You will prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements monthly.
  • You will continuously improve the group’s liquidity through proactive and successful cash management.
  • You will ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • You will collaborate with the controlling team and the executive board to develop financial forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.

Your profile:

  • You have proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably within a professional services firm or technology-driven environment.
  • You have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • You have outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • You have proficiency in diverse accounting software systems (esp. DATEV) and advanced Excel skills.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1–C2).
  • You have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
