Head of Community Analytics

Flipside Crypto is a rapidly-scaling startup servicing the web3 ecosystem, with a substantial investment in data across the length and breadth of web3. Flipside has built the world's best, most robust, most comprehensive crypto data asset that is in demand from both web2 and web3 organizations. 

We are now adding our first Head of Community Analytics. This role will head up the go-to-market plan as well as develop and execute strategy and growth initiatives.  

What You'll Do

  • Build and support elite sales, customer success and account management teams
  • Own the go-to-market plan and drive growth
  • Accurately assess and communicate pipeline and forecast
  • Assess and deliver new sales processes, playbooks, strategic account plan documents, and stakeholder mapping best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies and best practices to positively impact customer experience
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Product, Support and Revenue Ops team on key initiatives
  • Manage in a highly data-driven manner and iterate constantly
  • Ensure sales team is maximizing use of sales tools such as Pipedrive
  • Work cross-functionally with org on new initiatives, projects and opportunities
  • Provide useful, regular feedback based on customer input and your own insight; to enhance our technology and services
  • Provide continuous feedback to our engineering and product teams based on customer input and your own insight to enhance our technology and services

What you bring

  • A proven track record of direct B2B Enterprise sales 
  • Strong experience leading sales teams that consistently met or exceeded sales quotas
  • Experience leading customer success and account management that met or exceeded customer experience, retention and expansion goals
  • Exceptional ability to hire and develop top sales and customer success talent
  • Extensive experience co-managing sales meetings with C-level executives
  • Expertise in multiple sales methodologies
  • Proven aptitude for managing pipelines, forecasting, territory planning, daily/weekly check-ins, and sales KPIs
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships internally and externally
  • Willingness to live and breath Flipside's core values
  • Must be comfortable with a fast paced, constantly changing startup environment
