Head of Finance
Description
As Head of Finance, you’ll be expected to build out the Finance function. In this fast pace environment, you’ll have the opportunity to help build Deblock from scratch.
You’ll be a main point of contact for our investors and will support finance processes for the company. Additionally, you will operationalise the various entities across the Group as well as support authorisations.
Your speed, ability to deliver, and capacity to come up with the most elegant solutions will make you one of the pillars of our business team.

👀 What we are looking for
- Experience working for a leading bank or at another FinTech / start up
- Expertise in relevant financial regulations and with managing safeguarding
- Excellent communicator and a master at stakeholder management
- Ability to manage and lead the finance function in a manner that is consistent with business objectives
- Proficiency in accounting software

- Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows
- Overseeing the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Ensuring that financial systems and processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations)
- Owning the end to end safeguarding model and approach
