We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Head of Growth to help build a predictable customer acquisition and retention engine. Managing a team of passionate sales and marketing team, you will be the driver in helping the business accelerate our growth across all markets, and have our product distributed to thousands of businesses globally. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of driving new revenue growth, including setting revenue targets, forecasting, and delivering on revenue goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our global footprint.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team (covering sales, customer success, support, partnership, business operations, and marketing). Encourage a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the team structure and set the go-to-market strategy. Implement and adjust growth strategies as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regular reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies. Use data to improve these strategies.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Partnership Management: Develop a playbook that helps our partners succeed, fostering strategic alliances that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Pricing Strategy: Work with product management to create pricing and packaging strategies that increase revenue, meet customer needs, and match market conditions.

You will also be responsible for meeting acquisition and retention targets, fostering customer satisfaction and referrals, and scaling our sales efforts globally.

What will make you stand out:

  • Demonstrated progressive management experience leading teams in a software company, preferably B2B SaaS or subscription software. Targeting SMB globally is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead managers and successfully manage global, distributed teams across cultures, lines of business, and geographies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a regional customer-facing organization that generates successful organic growth.

Requirements

  • At least 15+ years of management experience leading a team of young and driven individuals in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, preferably in a tech or PLG B2B software company.
  • Demonstrated data-driven mindset: you are proactive and customer-centric.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, e.g., Hubspot.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior experience as a founder is a plus.
