Head of Marketing Operations

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, this is an opportunity for the Head of Marketing Ops to own the vision and roadmap for the marketing technology roadmap, integrations between the tech-stack, and develop automation capability and processes to help drive marketing efficiency and pipeline. The Head of Marketing Ops will also partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Data Science, and Partner teams to help meet marketing team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and build our marketing systems architecture, strategy, and core systems that are part of our go-to-market operations. Ensure that actionable insights pass seamlessly between marketing, sales, and product systems.
  • Lead the vision for our marketing technology roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, lead processing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Drive marketing database management and data requests (e.g. segmentation, list creation)
  • Develop, implement, and disseminate metrics/KPIs about performance and outcomes through dashboards and data visualization toolsets to monitor business health, including marketing database hygiene, website traffic and conversions, performance integrity and accuracy, capturing insights, and making recommendations
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of critical systems and processes.
  • Improve the output and effectiveness of marketing team efforts
  • Work cross-functionally and liaise with key stakeholders in marketing, sales & finance to understand challenges and opportunities that impact the sales & marketing funnel and pipeline

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience with specialization in marketing technology and operations at high-growth SaaS software companies.
  • Deep understanding of the sales and marketing technology landscape, with hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytical tools (e.g. SDFC, Marketo, Clearbit, Segment, Drift, Power BI, Tableau, ON24, Mutiny).
  • Show proficiency in GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, or other privacy regulations or standards, OneTrust Data Mapping Automation or Cookie Consent
  • Prior experience and ability to effectively develop and build new functional and operational processes across diverse geographic regions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
