OpenX is seeking a Head of Product for CTV and Online Video (OLV). This person will drive the success of OpenX’s CTV and OLV business by setting product strategy and roadmap and then working cross-functionally to execute against the strategy and successfully take the offerings to market.
This person will collaborate with executives, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams, as well as with buyers, sellers, partners, and industry working groups. The ideal candidate will be adept at using their understanding of market needs, competitor capabilities, and OpenX’s strengths to develop a winning strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for long-term CTV and OLV success, including defining goals and KPIs
- Be a subject matter expert on the CTV market, including competitive trends, emerging opportunities, market sizes, and industry standards
- Define the CTV and OLV product strategy and roadmap
- Engage strategic buyers and sellers in collaboration with the sales team
- Engage industry partners in collaboration with the business development team
- Be a thought leader, both internally and externally, with the goal of driving the industry toward a future that’s favorable to OpenX, our customers, and our partners
- Be an integral part of cross-functional go-to-market activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, especially in marketplaces
- 5+ years of digital programmatic advertising experience, especially video and connected TV
- Gleans business insights from complex, ambiguous data
- Influences partners without formal authority
- Thrives in a continuously changing environment
$230,000 - $275,000 a year

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, New Jersey, California, and Colorado, the salary range is $230,000 to $ 275,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other state
