Here’s how it works: You go to the Lumos AppStore, request your app of choice, your manager approves the request in Slack and your account is created — instantly. No long IT ticket queues anymore. What if you stop using the app? Lumos automatically detects that and removes your license, saving the company money and improving security. In its essence, Lumos is creating the meta app for all apps.

As our Head of Product Marketing, you are taking on one of the most important jobs in the company: shaping and defining how prospects and customers perceive Lumos. You will develop strategies that ensure our solution stands out in the market. This is an opportunity to lead product marketing at one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley.
✨ Your Responsibilities
- Product Launch Owner: You'll be the mastermind behind our quarterly marketing moments. Your role is pivotal in making our launches shine, working closely with engineering, product, brand and content to create simple messaging that truly resonates.
- Sales Team’s Secret Weapon: You’ll be the sales team’s ace up the sleeve, providing them with an arsenal of content, tools, customer stories, and sales playbooks to help them communicate Lumos’ differentiators and value propositions.
- The Voice Of the Customer: You're the crucial bridge that brings customer insights into the heart of our product management, marketing, and sales strategies. Your role involves developing robust customer advocacy programs.
- Team Leadership: You’re not just building a team; you’re cultivating a community of top-tier product marketers. Your goal is to mentor and guide them, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and passion within the Lumos marketing family.
💰Pay Range
- $210,000 - $250,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
