About the role
We are currently on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join us on our sales-hacking mission. Your main responsibility in this role will be leading our well-established teams (Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives) and pushing their performance and process excellence to the next level.
You'll be working directly with our CEO, Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Success on forming a well-aligned Revenue Organization and readjusting our sales process according to product changes and development.
It is an ideal role for someone with B2B SaaS background and a strong mindset for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- managing the team of 2 Account Executives, 3 SDRs, SDR Team Leader - making sure that they're happy and that they're performing at the highest possible level,
- continuously working on our sales strategy and sales process to ensure the long-term growth of MRR,
- collaborating closely with our Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to make sure that we hit our goals, meaning that the customer journey is as smooth as possible and that we bring value to our customers,
- bringing a strong analytical perspective to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of our metrics with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- a prior success and experience (about 3-5 years) with selling and managing the sales process for B2B SaaS product,
- a prior success and experience (about 1-2 years) in a sales leadership role,
- perfect English skills (C1+),
- excellent coaching skills - always having good intentions on your mind and giving valuable feedback is the key,
- mindset for continuous improvement - always looking for new ways to do your job better and better and taking into consideration the broader perspective,
- being a learning machine and motivating your team to crave more knowledge and share it with others constantly,
- ability to take extreme ownership in terms of setting challenging goals and embracing them to grow as an individual and as a team,
- always focusing on customers' success, because we want happy AND successful Clients - you always need to think about the value you can bring to them through our product and service.
Nice to have:
- knowledge of the Polish language (B2).
