Healthshare Systems Analyst
VetsEZ is seeking an Healthshare Systems Analyst to be a part of a remote team and support the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Systems Analyst will provide support in analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Estimate team level timelines and technical efforts for planning purposes
- Experience with application development, modification, and maintenance of applications
- Manage deliverables by working with stakeholder resources within budget, maintenance, and quality
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional software issues
- Conduct code reviews, code quality checks and developer integration testing
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant discipline is required
- At least minimum 5 years of software development experience is required
- Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record
- Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk
- Must have experience with operations of IT systems in AWS
- Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch
- Experience with monitoring tools Splunk: Dynatrace preferred
- Good communicator
- Detail oriented
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
- HealthShare experience preferred
- VA/Government experience preferred
