What you’ll do:

The Help Desk team acts as a first point of contact for customers, their task is to handle customer questions and issues and solve the majority of problems users may have.

As a Helpdesk Agent, you will provide conversation (chat) support to customers of MetaMask and additional ConsenSys products.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough and organized candidate to join our growing team. You’ll need excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team. Part of the responsibilities will include the ability to handle multiple customer conversations at the same time following agreed procedures, providing training and guidance to users and also availability to work 1 weekend per month.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a support position
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional support, taking ownership and initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to research questions using available information resources and advise customers on appropriate action
  • Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Understanding and passion for Ethereum, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning and interest in technology
  • Friendly and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Empathy and teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
