Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide customer support on various application issues, including authorizations, infrastructure, communication, and specific product application queries.
  • Assist the company's users with their technical issues and ensure they receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any technical problems and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues to help improve the support process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in handling application issues and providing support.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and attend monthly meetings in Tel Aviv.

Remote (90% telecommuting) with monthly meetings at the company's offices in Tel Aviv.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience in infrastructure support and the Windows Server operating system is a significant advantage. Knowledge of SQL queries will be regarded as an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. The ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely is crucial.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. The ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems independently is important.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A high level of service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Patience and empathy are key traits for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues is necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues. Being a team player is important for this role.
  • Remote Work Capability: Since this is a remote position, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential. Attending monthly meetings in Tel Aviv is also required.
  • Personal Attributes: The candidate must be highly responsible, a quick learner, and capable of working independently. They should also have the ability to work with and manage vendors effectively.
