We’re a scale-up in the Workforce Management space that has fully embraced remote work since 2017. Headquartered in London, UK, we have close to 80 staff in 16 different countries.

We launched PayrollPanda.my and Jibble.io in 2016 and 2017 respectively. PayrollPanda has become Malaysia’s leading cloud payroll software, and Jibble an award-winning time clock solution, each with thousands of paying customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support executives and managers with various administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.
  • To assist in various aspects of operations and administration
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Who are we looking for:

  • Fluent or native English speaker
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed
  • Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude
