We are looking for a HR Administrator

Part time, 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)

 Location: The Netherlands, Remote

Why you want to work for our Human Resources team:

As a HR Administrator at Accruent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, record-keeping, documentation, employee onboarding and offboarding, and assisting with HR-related inquiries. This role offers a superb opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Contract management.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by finalizing the new hire paperwork.
  • Handle employee benefits and insurance administration, including enrolment and inquiries.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle communication with Dutch authorities such as UWV, IND, tax authority
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Support HR team members with various tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification or equivalent work based experience in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Proficient understanding of Dutch insurances and pension plan and its related administration.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
  • Proficient Dutch language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
