HR Administrator

We`re seeking an HR Administrator (Global Markets) to join our C&B Team. The vacancy is based in Poland or Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, and arrange internal transfers and terminations, including preparing appropriate paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation of employment-related actions or changes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and files.
- Administer employee leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of time off.
- Collaborate with EORs to facilitate employee transfers, assignments, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Track and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, absences, and leave balances.
- Maintenance of the organizational structure and control of headcount in accordance with the approved staffing schedule.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance and other employee benefits.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as benefits brokers, and benefit providers, to eliminate discrepancies, ensure smooth operations and service delivery, manage vendor contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.
- Develop new/ keeping up-to-date existing HR policies and procedures in response to organizational needs, changes in legislation, or best practices.
- Assist with HR compliance efforts, including ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations; assist with audits and compliance reviews, as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Over 3- years proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficient in Ukrainian, English — upper-intermediate.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
