Position Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the broader HR team acting as a key resource for internal partners and supporting leaders. You will focus on a variety of initiatives across the employee lifecycle with significant impact on improving overall employee experience. You will also liaise with others within HR; Total Rewards, Operations, Recruiting, and Learning & Development.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership Coaching
- Act as a frontline resource across InvoiceCloud for individual contributors and people leaders on coaching, development, and employee relations matters
- Play a key role in working with managers on change management and talent management initiatives
- Provoke positive changes in people management by coaching and encouraging effective feedback loops between employees and managers
- Partner with Learning & Development on leadership training and continuing education initiatives.
Organizational Design & Strategic Planning
- Identify organizational gaps and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently
- Conduct talent reviews and begin thinking about succession planning with key stakeholders
- Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically, individuals within Recruiting, Training and Finance to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of InvoiceCloud talent and achieve company goals
- Provide guidance and input on business restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
Biannual Promotion Process
- Lead promotion process with the broader HR team including assisting with promotion files, manager coaching and Workday changes.
Employee Relations & PIPs
- Autonomously manage employee relations with an unbiased balanced approach with a high degree of discretion
- Lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) partnering with managers on documentation, plan initiation, feedback, and execution
Engagement
- Partner on annual Engagement survey working with leaders to build clear metrics and action plans
- Collaborate with the HR team to build and implement programs and initiatives across InvoiceCloud
Recruiting
- Partner with recruiting on internal transfers and opportunities, actively engage on external recruiting best practices.
- Ensure consistency in job classification, pay equity, pay transparency and budgeting
Reporting & Analytics
- Collaborate on Monthly Business Reviews, Yearly OKRs & KPIs as well as board tracked metrics
- Conduct data analysis and prepare presentation materials as needed in line with business and HR requests
- Partner with FP&A and Recruiting to identify key metrics and proactively measure trends to inform the business
- Manage all Workday related job changes
- Conduct exit Interviews and manage exit process including reporting on exits quarterly to assess trends, strengths, and development opportunities
- Help build and maintain policies that support the business’s needs
- Collaborate with other HR members to improve on internal HR processes and best practices

- Able to manage your time to meet deadlines
- Capable of using data to solve problems and advise the business
- Strong and proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional project teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Enjoy functioning in a high-paced environment with exciting company changes to grow
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Greenhouse and other HR specific systems.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience working within HR, as an Associate HRBP or Operations role
- Experience with employee relations & performance management
- Workday experience a plus
Base Compensation Range: ($100,000.00 to $125,000.00) annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
