Hours: Full time

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta or Spain.

Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months.

What the role entails:

  • Be a strategic advisor to the business, understanding the business and how to translate it into people and organizational needs.
  • Be the strategic mind who understand the trends, challenges and opportunities on the market to be able to help our leaders and employees both navigating in it as well as connecting it to the business.
  • Drive implementation and support delivery of the people strategy.
  • Enhance business results through identification and development of targeted HR initiatives.
  • Coach, challenge, and support leaders in their role on people-related processes.
  • People Plan (People & Organizational Review process) as well as Strategic Workforce Planning (headcount and recruitment needs).
  • Together with the leaders, and the rest of the HR community, act on the gaps to enhance our business and people results.
  • Be the ´one point´ of contact for leaders and employees, in the appointed departments, and interlink it to the right point of contact in HR.

What we ask of you:

  • At least 5 years working experience on strategic level within Human Resources.
  • 10 + years of experience within diverse functions in HR and business.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complicated issues in a simple manner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
