As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with the organization's leadership to drive HR strategies and initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of the accounting industry, as well as a passion for developing and implementing HR programs that align with the company's goals and values. You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance and support on all HR matters, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and make recommendations for appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent in the accounting industry.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Work with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or work equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience 1 or all: Compliance, Equity, Benefits, Taxes, Understand spreadsheets and forecasting
  • Carta and Tri-Net a plus
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conducting investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Salary Range: $120-150k
