About the Position:

We are looking f or an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Administer new hire onboarding process, including coordinating orientation sessions, gathering required paperwork, and setting up new employees in HR systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, such as conducting exit interviews and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Support HR policies and procedures implementation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Provide support in employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Assist with the performance review process. Help in the collection and analysis of employee feedback.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
