HR Generalist
Description
Rankings.io is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. As the nation's top digital agency for law firms, we are focused on aggressive growth for our clients through end-to-end SEM services. The successful candidate for this role will have the responsibility of supporting the daily HR operations, working closely with managers to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing exceptional support and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and paperwork completion processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate personnel records for all employees
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and general HR policies
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
- Perform regular HR audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Coordinate training programs for all employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulation
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills
