What you'll do:
- In office at our Berlin location at least 3x a week
- Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding management for all German and EU employees
- Prepare all data for Payroll in collaboration with our amazing Finance Team
- Ability to draft and correct contracts and amendments
- Liaison with company stakeholders and follow-up approval workflow
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- You will be a key user of our HR systems and responsible for all employee data
- Relocation & Visa Support. You are also the contact person for our company's Benefits and administration
- Ownership of all organizational and coordination tasks and services in our office. You will also have the opportunity to implement new practices and automate existing office processes
- Reception and distribution of packages
Who you are:
- At least 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated experience HR Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good knowledge of German Labour Law
- Experience working with Payroll.
- Full professional proficiency (both written and verbal) in English is required
- German language proficiency: Proficient User (C2) or native speaker. Any other language is an advantage
- Technical courage - the ability to work with a variety of HR-Tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and very good organisational skills. Able to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints whilst maintaining the utmost attention to detail. Organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills are an additional plus.
- A team player, quick comprehension, solution-oriented and precise way of working; ability to work reliably both independently as well as with other players across the company
