HR Specialist
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for HR to manage and oversee daily administrative operations, HR responsibilities, and a team of 6 VAs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle HR reporting, employee communications, and record-keeping. Previous experience as a project manager is required, along with an American accent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 6 VAs, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of HR-related documents and reports
- Prepare and present HR reports as needed
- Facilitate employee communications and assist in resolving any HR-related issues
- Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the practice
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and ensure compliance with company policies
The schedule varies, typically from 9 AM to 5 PM CST on weekdays, with fewer hours on some days to accommodate occasional work on Saturdays. Total weekly hours will range from 81 to 93 hours.
As part of the HR team, the candidate must be willing to keep his/her camera on throughout the shift.
