Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter

Description

  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads, post job openings, and source qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • On boarding: Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and updating HR databases.

Employee Relations:

  • Support HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR support roles or Recruitment Specialist

- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Recruitment (HR) or Human Resources roles

- With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and time management skills

- Passionate in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

- Attentive to detail and a commitment to delivering a high quality candidate experience

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Knowledge in HR software and Google Suite

- Strong knowledge of employee engagement theories, best practices and trends

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives, ability to work independently and as part of the team

- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup

Benefits
