About this role:

We're in search of a Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take charge of moving our clients' data from their old platforms to ours, a task that involves coordination, accuracy checks, scheduling, and execution. It's a complex but crucial job that ensures our clients' smooth transition to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of data migration, from initial planning to the final push of the "red button."
  • Work closely with clients and our team, including CRM and payment system reps, to gather and verify all necessary data files.
  • Determine the best times for migration, setting schedules that work for all parties involved.
  • Ensure clear, ongoing communication with everyone involved to keep the process transparent and address any concerns.
  • Handle software related to data migration confidently, even if you're not coming from a programming background.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, as you'll be dealing extensively with clients and our internal team.
  • Solid technical skills, especially with standard software packages used in data migration.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, keeping track of all the moving parts without dropping the ball.
  • A sharp eye for detail, crucial in catching and avoiding errors in the data migration process.
  • High energy and a proactive approach are key; you'll need to be on the ball and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Organizational prowess, essential for juggling the multiple aspects of data migration projects.
