Implementations Project Manager

Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and their technology partners.

We are looking for an Implementations Project Manager who will work closely with the clients and all the teams involved in the integration process (sales, operation, engineering).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire installation process.
  • Build project plans, schedule resources, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the customer’s advocate.
  • Review and respond quickly to customer’s feedback and inquiries. 
  • Follow outlined escalation procedures or establish such processes with clients if none exists.
  • Provide status updates to external and internal stakeholders. Ensure client acceptance and sign-off.
  • Develop a technical understanding of the Hapi platforms.
  • Facilitate User Testing with the Hotel Client and Hapi technical resources.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of CRM implementation project management experience.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and methodologies to help meet the customer’s needs.
  • Experience working with fully remote and globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client and internal facing.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with a passion for learning.
  • Ability to lead without authority and work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hard requirement

  • Ability to work in U.S. hours

Desirable

  • Hospitality industry experience.
  • Familiarity with PMS Interfaces, Hapi Cloud Data Platform, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
