As an Inbound Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and developing a defined set of clients. You will provide excellent client service and will develop strong relationship across the organization to flawlessly execute projects for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has full understanding of Sago groups products, services and capabilities and can apply to satisfy client needs and project success requirements.
- Manages client relationships and builds trust based on delivering exceptional results
- Collaborates with client to assess, suggest, and develop an appropriate methodology or research approach based upon research need, pulls in senior level expertise as needed.
- Provides fully comprehensive proposals including costs, detailed feasibility, and execution plan (recruitment/sample).
- Completes project set up in a timely manner.
- Follows up with clients on status of proposal/bids.
- Meets and/or exceeds key metrics such as volume of bids and win rates.
- Manages outsourcing partnerships across projects where appropriate.
- Signs off on billing and invoicing, when necessary.
- Based upon client input and assessment, recognizes the need to adapt a product or research approach to meet the client needs and works with appropriate internal resources to develop and design the appropriate solution.
- Ensures that all internal team members (recruitment, programming, project management, data processing and facility) understand the research design and anticipated outcomes. Monitors the progress of the project at each critical stage to ensure successful completion.
- Diplomatically responds to client issues and can professionally influence the appropriate internal resources to achieve the necessary outcome and/or knows when to elevate issues for resolution.
- Seeks opportunities to improve overall project or client profitability.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- Must have 5+ years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.
Computer Skills:
- MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ a plus
