About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with content creators to produce authentic and performance-driven content for our paid acquisition campaigns and for managing and moving our (nano and micro) influencer marketing program to the next level in the US.

You will be responsible for the whole process, from the reach out to the negotiation phase, up to the final assets’ delivery. You will establish and manage a network of creators and influencers to drive quality traffic to the app. You will also be exploring ideas, leveraging insights and latest trends to define content creatives’ briefs and guide creators and influencers to help their content perform its best.

What Your Role Encompasses

  • Scout creators and nano/micro influencers for UGC production and brand promotion
  • Manage the influencer process from end-to-end, including research, negotiation, creative briefing, timeline/deliverable management and creative reviews
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure final content deliveries are optimised for channels and audiences
  • Provide data-driven creative guidance to creators and influencers to help their content perform at its best
  • Collaborate with media design team (internal or external) to optimise and energise UGC when needed
  • Define and maintain a testing roadmap, tracking creators and influencers’ performance metrics, in order to secure and maintain long-term relationships with the most promising ones
  • Support projects with external creative partners (e.g. influencer agency, podcast agency), helping to define the message and ensuring brand consistency
  • Stay on-top of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to drive best-in-class creative solutions and campaign execution

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success scaling Influencer Marketing within a performance marketing team in a company, agency or platform
  • Proven ability to meet specific targets and KPI with influencer marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of the steps required in creative development processes with external creators and influencers
  • A creative mind that can advise and guide creators / influencers on unique conceptual ideas to pitch our product
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (like Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create strategies based on data and industry trends
