What is the role about?

In this role you will be on a mission to find relevant influencers and build long-term collaborations, beneficial for both parties. Our goal is to bring our brand to every household in Europe and beyond through successful influencer partnerships.

To achieve this, you will need to:

  1. Outline and implement a strategy for working with influencers. You will need to learn first what our competitors are doing in this area and adapt our strategy and presentation to match the approach.
  2. Actively approach influencers and set up collaborations.
  3. Track and monitor influencer performance using our BI tools. You will use the latest tools to scale your efforts.
  4. Ensure the collaboration with the most successful influencers is put on a long-term footing.

Your daily tasks will be :

  • Find new relevant influencers / create lists
  • Actively reach out and agree on collaboration
  • Manage payments to influencers
  • Monitor influencer deliverables
  • Track influencer campaign performance and upgrade collaborations
  • Use tools to properly document, track and scale all activities

Your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Find relevant influencers (and identify super influencers) on YT and Twitter
  2. Manage relationships with influencers by staying in touch with them and communicating in a timely manner
  3. Agreeing on collaboration
  4. Prepare and adjust presentations for specific channel eg Youtube, Tik Tok, Twitter
  5. Prepare collab presentations for specific influencers
  6. Present our collaboration offers in Google meet calls
  7. Use Pipedrive to manage all relationships
  8. Close deals with influencers and complete legal documentation
  9. Manage payouts for influencers
  10. Manage influencer campaigns
  11. Track influencers’ performance and improve strategy
  12. Maintain and upgrade relationships with influencers who perform the best
  13. Report on influencers performance and collect feedback from influencers
  14. Use tools to scale the process (find more influencers, e.g. Modash, manage relationships, e.g. Pipedrive)
  15. Identify the gaps in the process by learning what influencers like or dislike and improve our process
  16. Train new team members to follow the same process
  17. Coordinate efforts with marketing team
  18. Market Research and Trend Analysis

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • has minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • worked with influencers before
  • worked in a startup, a marketing agency or an influencer agency
  • managed a large number of influencers
  • used before Pipedrive, Klenty or a similar tool
  • is a proficient user of G-suite - Google Docs, Sheets, Meet
  • is detail-oriented, able to multitask, people person
  • is a good mediator, able to to create a common ground and build relationships between brands and influencers
  • has excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal

Ideal, but not a must:

  • Already having relationships with crypto influencers
  • Familiar with content marketing and social media marketing strategies
