Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Pipeline Gurus, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our business relationships in the Dublin area. Your primary focus will be to manage existing client accounts, ensuring the delivery of our commitments and exploring new opportunities for growth through upselling and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account portfolio.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, aligning our solutions to meet these goals.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, focusing on long-term success and customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client deliverables are executed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Monitor account performance against revenue targets and strategic goals, making adjustments to account strategy as needed.
  • Engage in proactive stakeholder management, both with clients and within internal teams, to ensure alignment and prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B environment, specifically within technology or service-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle, with substantial skills in closing deals for complex enterprise applications.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to close deals and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to account expansion and client retention.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales management tools to track performance and customer interactions.
