Through STADIUM, corporate organizers can utilize our simple platform to provide mood-boosting gifts for groups of 5-50,000.

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking to bring on an Inside Sales Representative to join the team. In this role, the ideal candidate can work independently and strive to reach their personal milestones.

What You’ll Do with Us

  • Conduct sales demos with interested prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to sales activation
  • Responsible for a high level of daily performance - looking to meet/exceed quota
  • Provide insightful learnings from customer interactions - always seeking creative ways to grow our business
  • Become a SnackMagic, SwagMagic & Shops product expert, learning the ins and outs on both the front and back end of the platform
  • Use Hubspot CRM to keep meticulous notes and manage all lead data
  • Look for new potential client accounts whether brand new or expansion within large organizations

Requirements

  • 0-3 years experience selling products to customers
  • A fun and optimistic personality. Easy to get along with but driven and focused.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact on the ground floor of a growing start up
  • Great listener and keen to understand situations before responding
  • No nonsense communicator - concise, effective and articulate
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone
  • A solutions oriented mindset - quick thinking and thrives in rapidly changing situations
  • An organized and process oriented approach to conducting business
  • Team player and humble attitude
