Job Description

We're on the lookout for an interaction designer (IxD) with strong experience in design systems. In this role, you will design and cooperate on a wide spectrum of user interfaces (web applications, TV, mobile apps, gestures, and voice) with our worldwide engineers and design team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, a demonstration of her/his analytical work process, and a track record of designing successful digital experiences with design systems to make people's jobs and lives better.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leverage Human Centered Design HCD, industry standards and good practice guidelines to create a holistic user experience across our suite of products and services.
  • Work with the full design process from analyzing business problems to designing solutions and supporting throughout the implementation, using schematics and standard artifacts like (application map, screen flow, user flow, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, ..) 
  • Translate high-level design concepts into design descriptions, systematic patterns and guidelines to communicate interaction design considerations to different audiences
  • Develop concepts and rapid prototypes for the purposes of better understanding the product needs, testing hypotheses and the establishment of product requirements (from sketches to workflows, wireframes and interactive prototypes).
  • Be an organizational advocate for Design, design systems, design process and design thinking.
  • Define, grow and maintain our design system library: components, patterns, tools, documentation, training materials, and presentations.
  • Establish a robust system library in collaboration with engineering for seamless execution across products. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in designing User interactions within various fields 
  • Proficiency in Figma with design system is a must (at least 3 years of experience), and additional industry-standard design tools are a plus (e.g. Axure)
  • Proven Interaction designer experience working on Omnichannel and multi-screen user experience for mobile apps, web apps, software, (TV is a plus)
  • Proven real-world use cases and demonstration of work process with schematics and related artifacts
  • Cross-industry experience, ideally within sectors such as Healthcare, Technology
  • Experience in cooperating within an Agile environment
  • Experience in technical aspects of Design systems, adoption and implementation
  • Experience with main interlocutors knowledge (e.g. UX design, UI Design, Frontend/UI developers)
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Cross-industry experience, ideally within sectors such as Healthcare, Technology
