Inventory Management Analyst

The Global Fleet Operations team at Lime is looking for an Inventory Management Analyst to drive the adoption and analysis of new inventory management metrics, tools, and processes in Lime’s North America and APAC markets. They would also implement inventory controls and policies to support metrics reporting and coordinate Supply Chain requests for ongoing daily market operations.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a knack for problem solving and process-improvement, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work through ambiguity to drive results with cross functional teams.
The preferred location for this position will be in US Central and Eastern Time Zones.
What you’ll do:
- Change how we work. Implement new data tools/processes in markets across North America & APAC regions. Influence cross-functional teams by sharing data insights and performance reporting.
- Problem solve. Develop and execute strategies that improve fleet uptime and supply availability. Coordinate with Logistics/Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies
- Drive results. Use data to identify trends in inventory metrics, drive compliance, and highlight areas of opportunity to Operators
- Be an owner. Be responsible for the inventory management metrics for your regions, and report results regularly to key stakeholders. Track unexpected supply issues and follow through on resolutions to ensure Operator efficiency and satisfaction.
- Become a subject matter expert. Combining the above, foresee future problems, communicate proactive plans to address them, and become a trusted resource provider and consultant to our Local Operations teams.
About you:
- You have a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, being able to write your own SQL queries is a plus
- You have an analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving, and can use data to build a compelling narrative.
- You are an adaptable self-starter, and thrive in the ambiguity typical of dynamic start-up environments
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, to accurately convey policy changes and manage stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working in operations management, supply chain, or consulting
The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $84,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
