Item Management focuses on helping people get more out of 1Password by helping them to get more in to 1Password through enabling them to efficiently create, organize and find the information most important to them and securely grant access to information to others within their family or team as well as people who may not yet be using 1Password.

As an iOS Developer on the Item Management, you will be responsible for helping to build and evolve some of the core interactions that our customers have with 1Password. You will work alongside your counterparts in other technology stacks and on other platforms to deliver on our vision of a better user experience for our customers across all of the surfaces where they use 1Password. An ever-increasing number of individuals, families, and businesses are using 1Password every day, and 1Password needs to scale accordingly. This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience developing rich user experiences on iOS and iPad iOS
  • You’re passionate about using the latest technologies and tools that Apple provides
  • You take pride in crafting delightful user interfaces with SwiftUI
  • Working collaboratively with others is second nature to you and something you thoroughly enjoy
  • You possess a keen analytical mind and the initiative to apply it to tame loosely scoped problems

What you can expect:

  • Become a subject matter expert for the features, functionality and code that we develop
  • Influence and establish team principles and norms
  • Participate & Lead projects to successful and on-time deliveries by participating in planning and overseeing development tasks
  • Mentor less experienced and new team members by pairing with them on more complex problems to share your thought process and overall approach
  • Figure out solutions to complex problems and clearly communicate the related concepts to others on the team

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the product engineering & building products that scale
  • Experience working on cross-platform and cross-functional projects

USA-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $115,000 USD and $155,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $109,000 CAD and $147,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
