As the IT Analyst you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, monitoring, support, and maintenance of a broad range of applications, data storage, and computing devices related to delivering IT services to meet the needs of the business. This role works closely with the Director of IT on administrative activities related to systems and ensures that optimum performance and availability essential to business operations are maintained.

What you will do and achieve

  • Configure OKTA to provide enterprise Single Sign-On services and enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform features for internal and external applications
  • Contribute to establishing repeatable processes for Access Management using OKTA
  • Evaluate application integration opportunities from a technical perspective and recommend solutions
  • Identify, track, and resolve cloud application technical issues
  • Participate in efforts to develop departmental strategies
  • Participate in Vendor Security Audits and assist with Compliance Audits
  • Assist in incident response activities, including analyzing security incidents, performing forensics investigations, and recommending corrective actionsInteract with end-users on a day-to-day basis for their IT needs on Mac and Windows systems while managing and mentoring others in those areas
  • Fill in for IT Support Engineers when they are out on vacation or other types of leave

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience in implementing, integrating, and supporting OKTA's cloud technologies
  • Experience directly related to Google Workspace and Azure AD
  • Experience directly related to SSO, and MFA (Okta)
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end deployment of OKTA solution
  • Experience directly related to OKTA planning, implementation, and operations
  • Experience in various authentication standards such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Header based application
  • Experience in integrating OKTA with Google Workspace and Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with SCIM and knowledge of various API authentication standards
  • Experience with SOC, PCI, or another third-party audit process is a plus
  • Experience with remote management of employees and experience with Cloud Services
