About the job

Twilio’s IT Product Managers are best in class partners with our business teams, owning value stream roadmaps that deliver solutions and significant return on investment for the highest priority business needs. Our PMs know their stakeholders' business and the problems they’re faced with and partner with stakeholders and IT teams to establish and curate prioritized roadmaps with a passion for and focus on value and bottom line impact. Our PMs are skilled in engaging with individuals at any level of the organization, are a strong voice in every room and are capable of challenging the business and IT teams to focus and deliver on the highest value business problems. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partners with Enterprise Engagement and BSA/Product Owner teams to elicit and prioritize business problems and use cases with business stakeholders.
  • Establishes strategic vision for their valuestream, creating and curating roadmaps that move the business forward and are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Creates and owns roadmap artifacts (strategic themes, personas, epics) and partners closely with BSAs/Product Owners and Architecture to ensure the roadmap is understood and executable.
  • Partners with other valuestream product managers to deliver cross-valuestream initiatives.
  • Interfaces with business and leadership teams to share and evangelize roadmap.
  • Partners with IT Product Management team members to hone the product management practice for IT at Twilio.

Required:

  • Passion for building strong partnerships across the organization with demonstrated skill in engagement at any level of the organization.
  • Strength in balancing multiple stakeholders and their needs with a focus on owning and curating a roadmap for their value stream.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of tools and partner with internal and vendor teams to deliver on the value stream roadmap.
  • Success in delivering product and value in an agile operating environment.
  • Experience and application of user centric design principles.
  • Experience in business process mapping and process re-engineering.
  • Ability to understand and speak to complex solution ecosystems with an ability to simplify and focus discussions where need be.
  • Passion for owning and evolving value stream strategic artifacts (vision, priorities, roadmap) with demonstrated excellence in evangelizing, gaining buy-in across an organization and delivering on the strategy.

Desired:

  • Experience delivering product and value in a Scaled Agile methodology.
  • Prior role(s) in Business Systems Analysis.

Location

This role will be remote and based in Colombia.

Travel
