We are seeking a skilled and independent IT System Administrator with a robust understanding of IT architecture to join us working remotely for a 12 month project with a possibility of extension. We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us!

Responsibilities:

  • IT Architecture: Understand and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure to support business processes and goals.
  • Server-Client Relations: Maintain and optimize the interaction between servers and clients.
  • Database Management: Oversee the performance, integrity, and security of databases.
  • Active Directory: Manage and configure Active Directory, including group policies and user permissions.
  • Windows Domain: Administer Windows domain environments and ensure seamless domain functionality.
  • Analysis and Migration: Perform detailed analysis and oversee workstation migrations within AD domains.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Request and manage user accesses and accounts.
  • Reconfigure applications to meet new operational requirements.
  • Provide hypercare support immediately after migrations to address any issues.
  • Independent Work: Execute tasks autonomously, with minimal need for escalation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, server-client relations, databases, Active Directory, and Windows domains.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the IT field.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Service NOW.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL and Oracle.
  • Ability to perform thorough analysis and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Proficient in writing clear, detailed technical documentation.
  • Capable of working independently and efficiently without requiring constant supervision.
  • Familiarity with GxP (Good Practice) guidelines is beneficial but not essential.
  • Fluent English, German is nice to have.
  • Candidates must declare a criminal record no older than 3 months.
