  • Liink by J.P. Morgan, a blockchain network of banks that facilitates payments and banking information exchange
  • Coin Systems, a global provider of shared ledger solutions enabled by JPM Coin
  • Blockchain Launch, a leader in productionizing new applications and shared platform technology

CheckMatch is a new business within the Liink Platform, to make check payments more efficient. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience across all aspects of building a fintech business from the ground up, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. We are seeking a talented candidate to join the CheckMatch Product team as a Product Associate. This role will partner with a wide array of stakeholders, such as Engineering, Testing, Control partners and Client Success partners, to build and roll-out new product features as the CheckMatch product grows and matures. This role will report directly to the Product Head of CheckMatch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product features based on product growth roadmap
  • Partner with Client Success teams to evaluate and clearly define new asks to grow volume and scale the business
  • Be comfortable in working in an Agile setup with Delivery teams to communicate requirements and develop test criteria
  • Create client-facing collateral and documentation, e.g. user guides, client reporting, etc.
  • Support client issue management in concert with Liink Operate, CheckMatch Biz Ops & Service, etc.
  • Partner with Liink Onboarding & Implementations team to drive client integrations

Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset and ability to articulate clear requirements highlighting commercial benefits
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder groups
  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Self-starter; desire and ability to work in a start-up type environment nested within a large and complex firm
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience working in financial services, ideally in API based Product Management
  • Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, POSTMAN, Visio
