The Team:
The Polk Automotive Solutions Customer Success Team is a dynamic, solutions-oriented team of account management and product delivery professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting, we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines, documentation and internal and external communication, we ensure positive customer outcomes.
The Impact:
The PAS Customer Success Team is that of true sales enablement. We remove barriers to product fulfillment and actively assist Sales in the discovery process to help clients articulate their goals and provide solutions that utilize Polk data. We provide frictionless facilitation to deliver successful, valuable outcomes and results.
We are excited to announce the role of Junior Customer Success Manager. This position is slated for U.S. coverage and will be partnered with our Automotive OEM/Agency Sales team. The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success for Polk Automotive Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Customer Success Managers, and clients, to ensure seamless delivery and timely response to client delivery questions and troubleshooting inquiries.
Objectives:
Act as the day-to-day contact for OEM/Agency clients and Sales teams. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Success support for Polk Automotive Solutions OEM/Agency business:
Become the product expert for services within your client base and consult with Sales and customers to provide the best solution
Become an expert on your clients: their objectives, needs, and working style
Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales teams
Attend all meetings, compiling recaps and action items to maintain momentum
Running status meetings as needed
Salesforce organization and management
Own campaign management, working closely with Sales and Customer Success Delivery to achieve client goals
Run point with internal resources to solve client issues, ensuring themes are communicated to product
Partner with product and production teams to ensure product feedback is integrated into product enhancement roadmaps
Report organization and management
Internal workflow setup and organization
The Polk Automotive Solutions team is seeking:
Recent graduate (or degree in-progress): Marketing, Communications or similar
Strong knowledge of, and/or interest in, the Automotive marketing and digital landscape
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented, driven by organization and efficiency
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $43,748 to $70,000 . Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and experience.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
