The opportunity
We are looking to add a Jr Graphic Designer to our Design team. In this role, you will work with internal teams including, but not limited to, Content, Sales, Marketing, and Product to concept and create our internal and customer-facing campaigns, marketing efforts, and branded communications as well as collaborate with our writers and editors to further the creative development of our entire portfolio of websites.
What you'll do
- Plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact, digital-first collateral, including, but not limited to, web pages and assets, videos, emails banners, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, advertising, one-pagers, brochures, and eBooks.
- Blend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high-impact, engaging materials that distinguish TechnologyAdvice in the marketplace and drive brand awareness and trust.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
Who you are
- 1.5+ years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer
- Strong and diverse portfolio across a range of functions and media
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, others
- Ability to study design briefs to define needs of a project
- Strong concepting abilities
- Familiarity with adhering to brand guidelines
- Ability to move fast, manage many projects at the same time, establish priorities, and manage production
- A curious, flexible, can-do attitude and empathetic mindset
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
- Preferred experience managing multiple brands or brand families
- Preferred experience creating mockups that support the vision of product engineering
- Preferred experience with balancing design processes, business needs, and technical feasibility

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Annual pay range
$48,000—$55,000 USD
