๐ ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, and exceptional recruiter who has shown a proven ability to source and recruit the best talent that tech offers.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Founder/CEO, Lasse, to identify and recruit the best people to our team.
You will manage all parts of the recruiting cycle, from writing job specs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
We'll expect you to grow extremely fast in this role, and we'd love for you to grow into our Head of Recruitment as we grow the business.

- Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms
- Crafting and sending personalized outreach
- Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction
- Building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Communicating with past & future applicants regarding new roles
- Conducting talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends etc.
